Four mistresses of cargo boats were fined $3 each by Commander J. B. Newill, D.S.O.. R.N., at the Marine Court yesterday for moor- ing within the Government Ship- way Pier i Yaumati Typhoon Shelter.

Hawkers Fined.

Three hawkers were fined $8 each for. selling goods within the Typhoon Shelter without licenses. Another was also fined $25 (or two weeks' hard labour) for hawking on board the 1.3. Kueichow,

A master of passenger boat was fined $20 (or one month hard Jabour) for boarding the s.5, Pres. Jackson without the permission of the captain.
