Dificulty in Plaintiff's Caze.
The diffenity which the case for the plaintiff must meet is this, That the agent of a company, in contrast to the agent of a partner ship, possesses prima facie authority of a limited kind, and any person transacting with such nu agent proceeds at his own risk if he does not assure himself that these limits are not being exeeded.
