gon to Tourane. The vessel took ten days to complete the voyage which usually takes only three days, The ship was obliged to anchor for four days in one of the coves along the Const. Slight damage is rẻ- ported to the superstructure.

Fouled Berth. A sand laden junk sank off Stone. cutters Island on Saturday morn ing and buoy No. 31 is, in con- sequence, a fouled berth. A red fax Ena' been placed on the buoy and work is underway to remove it.
