Arriving here from Keelung, the British motor vessel Penrith Castle paid her first visit to the port. She Borneo, British str.. 1,297 tone,
carried 120 tons of tea, for through ports
The Penrith Castle is a new ship and was built this year by Messrs. Cammell Laird & Co., Ltd, of Birkenhead for the Lancashire Shipping Co., Ltd. (Messrs. F. Chambers & Company, managers)." Her met tonnage is 3,067 tons and gross, 7,000 tona. She is propelled, by oil engines which develop 6,000 "H.P. Messrs. Dodwell & Company
are local agents.
