The master of a trading junk was fined 815 by Mr. T. W. H. Hose good, at the Marine Court yester. day for being under way in the har- bour without the regulation lights on his junk. Lance-Sergt. Morris prosecuted, and defendant pleaded guilty.

Three other boatmen who were summoned for anchoring in the Southern Fairway, pleaded guilty, and said that they were forced to anchor there owing to a sudden strong wind which arose yesterday morning-
