The following oicers were elect- ed.:-

-President, Mr. H. R. B. Hancock.

Vice-President, air. Brace.

Hou, Secretary, Mr. W. Hung, The meeting agreed with "the Chairman's suggestion that there was no room for further divisions in the League and that the League consist of a lit and 2nd Division as heretofore.

Combined League Matchen,

A suggested list (appended below) of dates for Combined League Matches, was adopted by the meet- ing.

it was stated that H.K.C.C., (who won the 2nd Division shield, desire to remain in that Division. The meeting concurred, and also agreed to the Army, entering s team in the 1st Division.

Lieut. Maxwell suggested that a alight alteration be made to the rules to permit certain Army players, who played in 1st Division matches, to play in 2nd Division matches on occasion. He pointed out that the Army "would had difficulty in put- ting the same side on to the field." on every occasion owing to inter- ference caused by military duties and other contingencies.

The number of players who parti. cipated in 1st Division matchto would be so high that there would be nobody left to play in the 2nd Division, ha contended.

The Chairman suggested that the decision be left to the Army sides concerned as he did not think they would take advantage of the con. cession...
