MARINE COURT CASES.

The mistress of a fishing boat was summoned for unlawfully mooring in Causeway Bay Harbour of Refuge without permission of the Harbour Master. She also failed to stop when called upon to do so by the Pelice. The second charge, was withdrawn and she was fined és or Eve days on the first.

The owner of a motor launch was fred 810 with the alternative of 10 days for failing to keep his craft clean and in good repair.

For causing an obstruction in the Central Fairway the master, of a cargo boat was fined 810 or 10'days. For using a passenger boat for carrying cargo, a master was fined 75 or five days.
