CCC 2ND XI. . L.R.C, 29 XI.

On their own ground at Happy Valley, Craigengower C.C. deleated the Indian R.C. nd XI. by eight wickets The Indiana batted first and, were dismissed for a total of 128 runs. M. Fakir (35) 'and 'A.. Playing on their own grounil,Butt (25) were top scorers, Kowloon DC lost to Hong Kong Abbas took 4 for 90." Cricket Club by nine wickets. Bat- ting first, Kowloow were given a good lead in the first wicket, part nership between Brace (62) and E. C. Fincher (28) which realised runs. E. F. Fincher followed with S and Hall made 17. The remain- der of the team failed to make a stand against Wales' bowling, and the side was dismissed with 180 runa. Wales took 6 wickets for 49.

On their own ground at Pokfu lain, the University deleated the Indian R.C. by 40 rum.

University were given a good lead through Anderson (30) and A. A. Rumjahn (23), which encouraged "the remainder of the team to bat with splendid consistency. Only two other batsmen failed to get into double figures, and the side declar- ed with 184 for 8 wickets,

The Indians made a bad start and lost 4 wickets with only 43 runs. A. H. Ramjahn (46) then altered the outlook, and A. K. Minu made 24 not out. A.A. Rumjahn (4 for 47) and A. T. Lee (231) dismissed the remainder of the team for a total of 144 rums.
