CONCERNS.
The last case in the January Criminal Sessions was called yesterday afternoon before the Puise Judge, Mr. Justice J. R." Wood, at the Supreme Court. It has points of interest in the light it throws on the somewhat canal manner in which a good deal of business is done by Chinese funs.
The prisoner is Lo Fung alias Lo Pak Wai, alias Lo Cheong Les. He is charged on six counts of fraudulent" conversion of money entrusted to him to be paid over to the Kwong On Yuen firm, in which he was a partner. The smount alleged to have been misappropriated by the prisoner on divers dates amounted to $2,813.91.
