The ruling was made in connee- tion with the petition of Wong Lam, manager of the Tong Lee firm, who at the last sitting of the Court in Bankruptcy, asked for a reciving order against the Cheong Loong firm, in respect of a debt amounting to 8577.41.
The point was first raised by Mr. G. S. Hugh Jones on January 3rd, who appeared for the petitioner, Wong Lam. His Lordship diamisa- ed the petition yesterday, and in the course of his judgment said:
