With only eleven arrivals and nineteen departures during the 4 hours ended at 9 am the general cargoes were not good. The im ports were low, and showed a heavy decrease over the previous day's figures.
Although not as high as the previous day, the through cargo, was not much below average. There were four British arrivals,and pine
departures, and British vessels were included with the best cargo car- riera. .
