Taking advantage of the advance made with exhaust turbo-charging of Diesel engines on the Buchi system, the owners, Messrs. J. C Chambers and Co., Liverpool, had the vessel converted to this system, with the result that in service the speed will be increased from 11 to 12 knots. The Raby Cantle, which is of the single screw type, holds a remarkably fne record since she was first put into service over three
