An American vessel with a new name arrived in port yesterday for the first time. The s.8. Grays Harbor is owned by the former Columbia Pacific Steamship Co. who have changed to the "States Steamship Company." Grays Harbor was formerly known as the a.s. Edmore and was operated by Messrs. Swayne and Hoyt, who sold the vessel to the Columbia Paciâc Company through the Unit- ed States Shipping Board. The s.s. Grays Harbor is 3,442 tons net and is commanded by Capt. Maynard Griffith with a foreign crew of 29. (Continued on nézi folumn).
