Chiu "Pat, mistress of a cargo junk appeared before Commander J. B. Newill, R.N., D.8.0., at the Marine Court, yesterday morning for failing to show the proper lights on her junk whilst under-way. Inspector Moss was in charge of the "ST. ALBANS” case and the defendant, pleadingARAFURA" guilty, was fined $10 with the alter-TANDA native of 10 days' imprisonment.

For carrying twelve baskets of eggs on his passenger boat,, Leung Mak. the master of the boat was also fined $10. Lance-Sergt. Bowers was responsible for the defendanta' arrest.
