Mr. . E. Lindsoil at the Central Magistracy on Saturday morning dismissed the case against Mr. Jean Hund, better known to his many friends as Alphonse," of being in unlawful possession of sweep tic- keta, and keeping a gaming house at No. 1, Hankow Road, Kowloon.
