TENNIS LEAGUE.

FILIPINOS WITHDRAW.

TO-DAY'S PROGRAMME.

The Filipino Club, who this year entered the League for the first time and joined the "C" Division, has now formally withdrawn, No reason is known for their action and it may be due to the fact that their members are more interested in Baseball than Teanis. They are a small, but sporting community in Hong Kong and in view of the ap- proaching Baseball League season. they naturally find it hard to fulfill the two engagements on Saturday. Their withdrawal will not greatly effech the League as they were well below the standard of the leading clubs.

Another interesting programme is again on the cards for to-day in the three Divisions. In the "A".
