The arrival and departures re- corded at the Harbour office for the "period ending at 9 am. yesterday showed that sixteen vessels arrived and fifteen left. There were seven British arrivals, and six depar tures. The cargoes manifested for this port were good, while the through frights carried by i vessels were moderate. British ves રેંદ ware best
