ONLY TWO VESSELS CARRY THROUGH FREIGHT.

With eleven-arrivals and seven- teen 'departures during the 24 hours ended at 9 am yesterday the cargo returns for this part were very low. There were only two vessels carry" ing through freights for ports be yond the Colony. The local imparts amquated to 8,070 tons, and three British vessels contributed 3,304 tons. The a. Halvard (British) was the best carrier with 9,434 tons of coal from Port Kamfay and the 3. Bokuyo Maru from Valpariso and Moji had 1,900 tons of general carga
