There were eleven arrivals and thirteen departures recorded at the Harbour Office, yesterday for the period ending at 9 am; but the cargoes manifested for both Hong Kong and ports beyond were normal. British reasels carried a fair percentage of the cargo.

TEN FINED ON SAME CHARGE.

No fewer than ten masters of trading junks and cargo boats up- peared before Comdr. J. B. Newill, at the Marine Court yesterday on the same charge of having moored their craft within 100 yards of the low water mark between the pro- hibited hours of 9 p.m.. and 3a.m. All ten defendants pleaded guilty and were fined $10 each. A mixtress of a cargo bont also appeared for abreach of her licence. The woman was alleged to have carried passengers to the shore for the sum of 30 cents each. The defendant ploaded that the passengers were her friends, but Inspector Brown said that the defendant had re caived money for the trip... His Worship imposed a fine of $6.
