A notice at the Harbour Office yesterday showed the passenger traffic returns for February, 1928. By occan going steamers there were 30,124 arrivals and $1,092 depar- tures. Riven steamers showed that 112,380 passengers arrived in the Colony during February, while 100,030 left. By junks and Inanches there were 9,990 arrivals and 8,587 departures. The total number of Arrivals
101,500, and the departures numbered 157,889.
