The ... Fat Shan which was dur to arrive from Cantor, early yester- day afternoon, did not arrive pill 343 pm. The cause of the delay was due to the dense fog which pre- vailed the whole of yesterday morn ing. No casualties to shipping in the river have been reported at the time of writing.
The .. Sui An did not sail till 10.30 yesterday morning, while a wireless message received during the morning was to the effect that the Sui Tai hast not left Macao till a late hour that morning. The Kinshan was delayed by the fog and mailed for Canton one hour late yesterday ternnig.
Home Mall,
The s. Mungolia carrying the mail from Heme berthed as the Kowloon Wharf yesterday after noon at 1.15 p.m., whilst the Franconia with the round-the-world tourists was towed up by a Kow- loon Dock tug shortly after.

OTHER VESSELS DELATED. The sa Taishan which sailed for Canton on Wednesday night was compelled to anchor half an hour" KASHMIR" after she had left Hong Kong. Other river vessels sailing that night were also reported to have been held up.
The s.s. Tai Lee which arrived in Hong Kong on Wednesday night reported that she passed the Keoug Fook Cheong and the On Lee, on their way up river, but the Nan Num Ho was not sighted.

The master of the sa. Kwonychow arriving here from Bangkok and Swatow reports the death of a Chinese deck passenger from tuber. culosis. The body was landed at Swatow.
Asiatic Deck Passengers, Asiatic deck passengers arriving the Colony during the 24 hours end- ed at B-a.. yesterday numbered 4,303.
Japanese Cruiser Arrivas.
The Japanese cruiser Ohi arrived here yesterday afternoon and the usual salutes were exchanged. Four Japanese destroyers-the Tanikaza, Kawakate, doi and Kiku-are due here to-day. They will stay for some time and it is understood that two of the destroyers will also pay a visit to Canton.
