-FOURTH-ROUND OF THE SCOTTISH CUP.
The fourth round of the Scottish Cup was played on Saturday and the sixteen matches arranged all took place, the only change in the progranny was that Hearts played Ferres Mechanics at home instead of away. Two games were drawn and decisions in the remainder were divided between home teams and visitors.
Nine first division Scottish League teams were engaged with outside teams and all won their matches, In manches in which League teams played each other, Motherwell and Raith Rovers drew at two goals cuch, Rangers defeated Cowdenbeath by four goals to two, and the Airdrieonians got the better of Hamilton by the add goal in three. Dundee and Dundee United played to a draw of three goals each, Hearts secured the largest number of goals, 7-0, against their visitors. Celtic (last season's winners! won &1 against Keith.
All divisions in the English League had a full programme of matches. Everton, leaders in Division I met a reverse in their match with Huddersfeld, and the latter are now dangerous rivals, for the premier position. Chelsea's stay at the top of the table in Division II was short-lived as they went down to West Bromwich and had to drop to second place on goal average. Manchester City drew with Notta Forest and went to the top on goal average. Leaders in Division III. still retain their places. Home teams again secured most of the victories and scored more goals than usual.
Results of matches in the Scottish Cup and the English League, as cabird by Bruter, are given below, and the tables show the position to date."

FINE FILM AT THE WORLD"
THE PROGRAMME FOR THIS WEEK.
[BY OUR FILM CRITIC.]
"The Winning of Barbara Worth," a remarkably fine picture of the harnessing of the Colorado River, is showing at the World to-day. Ronald Coleman and Vilma Banky take the leading roles. These two stara always act well together. They were at their best in "The Dark Angel" but in "Bacbbars. Worth" they do not fall far short of that The picture, with its magnificent scenes of the desert, and the opportunity it offers for quick action and displays of horsemanship, is interesting apart from the love

Last Day Of "Ben Hur.” The famous film, "Ben Eur," which cost £600,000 to produce, is being screened at the Queen's Theatre for the last time to-day after a record run. The chariot race Wadajimuso is the biggest thrill ever screened, you see forty-eight horses twelve teams-start abreast in the mad dish over the seven laps of the Antioch Race Course, and you can-
