Although 15 vessels here during the 24 hours end- ed at ✪ a.m. yesterday, fights earried for ports beyond the Colony were considerably below the average. Local imports, however, were normal.

"For Hong Kong there were 13,91 tons of general merchandise, of which 2,5-13 tons were from twa British steamers. The two beat res Dens were 5,688 tons by the sa Nagoya Kamakura Moru, from and Yokohama and 2.906 tons by the as Halmind frota Saigon

The master of A cargo junk reported to the Water Pelice yesterday morning to the effect that while his craft was mooring against the Prays wall on the eastern side of the Railway Station at Kowloon, launch belonging to the Nether- land Harbour Works, towing a barge, ran might into her stern. The junk suffered duringe to the extent af about $1,000.
