It is expected that to-morrow the eale premises in Pedder Building. Pedder Street, formedly known as the Cafe Restaurant Parisien, will be opened. It will be known as the "Cafe Regent," and will be under the managership of Mr. S. Green.
The new cafe is being redecorated throughout, and alterations have been proceeding apace for the last fortnight. The lounge is being very much enlarged, and there will be room for more people in the dining room. There is also to be garden lounge, which should prove a very popular rendezvous.
