The Nunking Government and the Nationalist troops on the Vangtaze "seem to be equally demoralised, though there may yet be some "kick" in the 45,000 Southern troops reported to be at Chinkiang. Meanwhile. Hankow troops appear to be rushing to their assistance. An early clash between the North and South may therefore be confidently anticipated. › ̧
