The tation before the Court was for the acceptance of the report of the receiver and approval of the report. Capt. Eisler handed in the repart and asked that it should be! accepted in order that he might leave Shanghai.
Mr. Jones opposed on the ground that some payment had been made by the pavigation company. This had been made without the ap- proval of the Court.
