NOW MARINE SURVEYOR AT YOKOHAMA, Captain Walter C. Weston, was ampag the passengers who left the Colony yesterday on the R. MAS. Empress of Rustin. He has just been appointed to the post of Marine Surveyor to Lloyds Agent at Yokohama. For 12 years, Cap- tain Weston was with the Orient Company.
