MARINE COURT.
The master of a cargo boat was fined $90 or 3 weeks' hard labour by Lieut. Comdr. G. F. Holt, R.N., at the Marine Court yesterday morning, for dumping building. materials into the harbour at the Frays East Reclamation.
For boarding the s.a. Tilawa, without permission from the ship'í: officers, one of two defendants was sentenced: to ong month's hard- labour, and the other who has a previous conviction against him was given two months' hard:labour.
