A meeting is to be held this evening for the purpose of discus- sing the question of taking steps to improve the lot of the ricksha and chair coolies of Hong Kong.
The meeting has been called by Bishop Valtorta, who spent many years as a missioner in Hoifung, the home of many ricksha and chair this coolies who ply their trade in Colony Bishop Valtorta is keenly interested in the movement, and is very auxious that something shall be done to help these people and improve their lot.
