The meeting has been called by Bishop Valtorta, who spent many years as a missioner in Hoifung, the home of many ricksha and chair this coolies who ply their trade in Colony Bishop Valtorta is keenly interested in the movement, and is very auxious that something shall be done to help these people and improve their lot.
