An ex-governor of a London prison appeared last month in the dock on a serious charge of contravening the Official Secrets act.
OWNERSHIP OF 190,000 SQUARE MILES.
Within the next few weeks the 'Judicial Committee of the Privy Council will give A decision by which either the Dominion of Canada or the Colony of Newfound- land will gain possession of more than 120,000 square miles of Labrador ter- ritory, the ownership of which has been in dispute for a quarter of a century.
