The Chief Justice of Singapore (Sir William Murison) gave judgment recently in the Supreme Court, in a case in which Tan Chong Kee sought to have his brother, Tan Chung Lay, removed as a joint trustee of his father's (the Inte Tan Kheam Hock) estate, on the ground that he is. a. leper.
