NO DRAWN MATCHES.

Further progress was made in the League on Saturday when three matches in each division were decided,

In the aret division,' the "King's Own Scottish Borderers, who made their rat appearance, sifferéd à defeat at the handia of a strong Hong Kong Cricket Club - slaven, Capt. Dobble, whose name, by now, has become a household word in cricket. circles, made the highest score of the match, viz., 86, which was misci thạ highest soure of the day. The team, however, has done well against the premier Cricket Club of the Colony and will doubtless prove a match for most Clubs competing in the League. For their opponents on Saturday, Hayward and Pearce did good service in batting, while Bowker and Owen Hughes shared nine wickets. be- tween them.

A Happy Valley, Civil Service had little dioulty in defeating Craigen- gover, their neighbours, and they still load in the League Table on a level with the Indian Recreation Club, who secured a victory in the third match at Sookun. poo ΟΥΕΝ the Royal Engineers and Signal. The Indians passed their op poñents score a few minutes before time for drawing stumpe.

In the second division, the newcomers, Recreio, met and defeated the R.A.O.C. casily by 78 runs at King's Park, while in the other match in Kowloon, the Kow- loon Cricket Club again disappointed their supporters by going down to the Police. In the third match at Pokfulam the Royal Navy proved too strong for their depot ship, H.M.S. Tamar, whom they defeated in convincing manner. -There were two friendly matches,
