To keep the Kuomintang minor leaders from deserting the party in Canton and joining the Right, or "anti-Red" sec- tion, the Kuomintang is creating more civil administrative offices. To supervise the 96 administrative districts in Kwang tung, it has been decided to appoint six supervisors, As every supervisor or Taoyin will have a staff of secretaries and clerks, body-guards runners, and others, It will open a channel of employ ment to several hundred politicians and members of the party.

EDUCATION.
