[A report from another Bonree states that several members of the Strike Tribunal at Canton have land- ed themselves in trouble with their own party. Several of them have been detained on various charges, and have been prevented from carrying out their duties since Saturday. One of the men, arrested is head of the Chinese Tailors' Guild, who was, it is believed, employed by Messrs. Shaw & Co. Another is the Head of the Barbers' Guild. MR. WU TE CHEN. Friends of Mr. Wa Te Chen, the former Canton Chief of Police, have received no confirmation of the report that he was to be handed over to the custody of "Mr. Sun Fo, Mr. Wu's former political chief who is now acting Mayor of Canton.
Mr. Li Chuk Fing, a Kuomintang leader and Mayor-designate of the new Muni- cipality of Kaukong, was murdered at Kaukong, near Canton, er June 4th, by a disappointed Kuomintang politician. The Kuomintang are offering 83,500 for the arrest of his murderes and accomplices.
DEMONSTRATION OF LOYALTY.
By instruction of the Kuomintang, all those supporting the Canter régime will take part in a demonstration of loyalty on June 15th. The demonstration is intend eu to arouse enthusiasin in order to pro, mote the sale of war bonds. So that the Chinese in Hongkong may be interested in the demonstration, the Canton Strike Committee, as from June 11th will not interfere with Chinese visiting Canton. Between June 11th and June 18th visitors will be able to go and return from Can. ten under special permits. :
