Our Association to-day is a hody which numbers now about 750 members. We are doing all we possibly can with our funds to further the interests of the Cof lege, and to benefit, as far as we possibly can, the present scholars. We have allot ted sufficient funds for the permanent endowment of two annual scholarships of 850 each to perpetuate the memory of Mr. Tsang Chun, and the late Mr. Ng In. As our funds increase it is our hope to go on with the good work (Applause.)

GROOK, the Headmaster, pro- posed the toast of "The Queen's College Old Boys' Association, and said there were few things that added so much plea- sure to the duties of the work of himself and his staff as the feeling that they bad the encouragement and support of those who had long left College precincts.

Professor SIMPSON (Hongkong Univer sity) replying said he felt that Queen's College and particularly the annual re- union of old boys provided a unique example of co-operation between the Chinese and British in Hongkong.
