CLAUD SEVERN, in addressing the aludents, referred to "The Promised Land" and expressed the hope that 1925, would be their last year before entering their new premisea Saiyingpun would then be a senior school similar to Queen' College, and would be convenient for boys living in the Western districts. Benlly successful work had earned the School popularity, and the large number of applicants who had to be turned. away was a splendid tribute to the Heart. master and his colleagues.

Bir Claud referred to the good work being done by the Scout troop, and, in coneluding, spoke of the high standard of aliciency maintained by the fchool, and hoped, that when the new School was entered they would inaugurate a long period of progress as one of the main Government Senior Schools in the Colony.
