Messrs. Benjamin "and" Potts' weekly share report, dated September 10th, says: There has been rather less activity in the market during the week under, review, but prices have been well maintained in spite of a good deal of profit taking for the Settlement: N

Marine and Fire Insurances-Linions are wanted at $237 and probably a higher rate would be paid There are buyers of Cantons at $720, Underwriters at Bik Yangtsfies at #901, China Firos at $150 and Hongkong Fires at $600.
