In all cases it was important to see that proper hours for sleep and rest were secured to allow for the strain placed upon the growing organism, For although games any retreative and exercise in various formis of the utmost benefit, they do put a strain upon a girl, and it is essential that there should be a good margin over from other calls upon her energy to meet it.
