PRESIDENT

The engine-room store room on board the ss. Prezident Grant was found to have been broken into while the ship was at Shanghai, and a quantity of spare i rugine parts, to the value of 21,000, stolen. The t'er of the mom had been forced. apparently during the previous night, but the thieves were careful not to take any thing bully away with then, and this elades desection. Up to the time the President Grant left no arrests had been marle.
