CHRISTMAS BOLIDAYS. ·

THE HONGKONG DAILY PRESS, MONDAY, DECEMBER 24TH, 1923,

On Tuesday, the 55th init; and Wednesday, the 26th inst, the GPO and the Branch Post Offices will be open as follows:-

The G.P.O and Kowloon Branch from 8 am to 9am.only.. Shaungwan Branch from 8 sau to 9 am and from 5.30 pm, to 8 pm Balyingpun, Wantsai, Yanmati, and Shum Shui Po Branches from 8 am to 9am, and from 5 p.m. to 6 pm.

There will be ons collection of latters from the pillar boxes, and ons delivery of ordinary correspondenes each day as on Sundays and one delivery of registered correspondence at 9am on Wednesday, the 26th inst

There will be one delivery from the Branch Post Offices each day at 3000. The Money Order Offies will be entirely closed during the Holidaya.

The public are reminded that all articles sent through the post which are closed sgainst inspection are Hable to letter rates of postage.

Xmas and New Year Cards posted in closed sovera with the cornere çut and pre- paid at the rate for printed matter will be taxed at letter rates.
