Mr. Frank Bibby, C.BE, chairman of the Bibby Steamship Company, Ltd., left property in his own disposition valued at £1,229,489. Duties at this valuation amount to about £350,000. The will covers 292 folion.

While the bid of £200,000,000 for the entire mercantile, feet under the control of the United States Shipping Board is regali
