The first anual general meeting of the Hongkong Hide and Leather Co., Ltd., was held at the Company's offices, 807-CD, Des Youx Road Central, yesterday morning, and was followed by an extra ordinary general meeting convened; for the purpose of passing certain resolutions made with a view to siding the Company over its present difficulties.
