The Forage Stamp B coats, for postage and registration fee should be afficed on the address ride of the card. Pos.age Stamps to represent the amount of the re mittance, and commission at the rate of 1 cent for each dollar or fraction thereof, should be aired on the reverse side of the cari.

All Postage tamps affixed to the card as remittance and commission will be cancelled by the issuing office before delivery to the remitter.

The card must be tondered by the remitter for rugateasca antaracaip obtained for it, as no claim for alleged loss will be admitted by the Past if no remitter has neglected to adopt this precaution.

All cards issued must be presented for payment within three months of the dato of is.
