CHINESE NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS!

THE HONGKONG DAILY. PRESS,

On the 25th Instant the" Poss Ofice will be entirely closed. There will be no delivery of correspondence or collection from the Pillar Boxes Non-bathalders may, however, obtain their ordinary correspondence on application at the Inquiry Counter at the South West entrance of the GP.O.

On the 3th instant the G.P.D. will be open from 8 am to 9am. There will be one delivery of ordinary correspondence M one collection from the Pillar Boxes and on Sunday, and one delivery of registered correspondence at 9am. The District Offices will be open from 8 am to 9 am and 6 pm to 8 pm with the acception of Kowloon Office, which will be open from 8 am to 9 am, only and Sheung Wan- Oles which will be open from 8 to 8 am, and from 5 30 to 8 pm.

There will be one delivery from District Offices at noon. The Money Order Office will be entirely closed during the holdidaya.

REGISTERED and PAROBE MAILS are closed 15 minutes earlier than the time given below unless otherwise stated, and where mails are advertised to close at or before 9, a.m. registered and parcel mails are closed at 5 p.m. on the previous day.

Until farther notice mails for Foochow will be seat Shanghai.
