JAPAN TO TRANSFER KLAOCHOW ADMINISTRATION.

WASHINGTON, January 14th. Japan has agreed to transfer to China the administration of Kinochow.

The agreement will become effective when a completo settlement is reached in the Shantung controversy. The Japanese have also agreed to hand to the Chinese Government all the documents necessary for administration.
