HONGKONG TIME BIGNALS.

The Time Ball on Kowloon Signal El is dropped, daily at 10 am and 4. p.m., except on Saturdays when it is dropped 'at. 10 ̊ a.m. and 1-p.m., and on Sundays and Holidays when is is dropped as: 11 .m. only.

The Ball is hoisted half mass at the 55th minute and full maak as the 57th minute, Should the ball fail to drop at the correct time will be lowered as minutes past the hour, and the ordinary routine repeajed at the following hour, if possible.
