At the meeting of the Chelsea Borough Council recently a woman mamber drew, attention to the degrading sooner to be witnessed in the streets from time to time guring to the methods adopted by certain cinema owners to obtain realistic pictures, She said that within a short distance of a house in Chelsen, where a brutal murder was recently committed, in large, number of persons, including many children, were attracted by a representation of a mur der scene;"one min was, crouching byth wall while another was apparently cud gelling him to death.
