Two candidates having been nominated for the sand on the Sanitary Board, which has fallen vacant by the expiration of Mr. Alabaster's term, an election takes place at the Cy Hall this afternoon com mencing at 4 o'clock.

Mr. C. G. Alabaster has been cominated for re-election by the Hon. Mr. H. E. Pollock, K.C., and seconded by Mr. F. B.
