UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF SHELL BURSTS IN CENTRAL
A REVOLVER.

At the Hongkong Magistracy, yester day, before Mr. E. D. C. Wolfe. Chan Sai-kwong, a constable in the Ching Bection of the Folies Reserve and a clerk in the Cosmopolitan Dock Co, was charg cd with being in pussession of a revolver without a licence.

An extraordinary accident took place at the residence of Sergeant Airs in the Central Police Station Quarters, poster- day afternoon, when a live shell, which had been kept in the house as a curio, suddenly burst. injuring a Chinese boy somewhat seriously.
